TicketRush is a concierge ticket sourcing service. We facilitate the sourcing and transfer of tickets to events occurring within a 30-day booking window. All tickets are sourced through our verified partner network.
You must create an account to place ticket requests. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All ticket requests are subject to availability. Payment is collected at checkout. In the event that we are unable to source a requested ticket, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
TicketRush exclusively sources tickets for events occurring within the next 30 days from the date of request. Requests for events outside this window will not be processed.
Confirmed tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or we are unable to fulfil the request. Please review our refund policy at the time of checkout.
You may not use TicketRush for commercial resale, ticket scalping, or any unlawful purpose. Accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be terminated immediately.
TicketRush acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for event cancellations, venue changes, or experiences at the event. Our liability is limited to the ticket purchase price.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
